4. Payment Terms
All payments must adhere to the terms outlined in the Studio’s Terms and Conditions, including:

• A non-refundable deposit (25% for most projects or 50% for projects exceeding £5,000).

• Payment in instalments or upon milestones as agreed in the client agreement.

• Payment of invoices within 14 days to avoid late payment penalties.

5. Changes and Amendments

• Any requested changes to the scope of work after the agreement has been signed must be communicated in writing.

• Additional charges may apply for changes outside the original scope. The Studio will provide an updated quote for client approval before proceeding with such changes.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Clients must provide written notice for cancellation. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable in full. Deposits are non-refundable.

• The Studio reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, lack of client cooperation, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property
All design materials, including but not limited to sketches, plans, and digital files, are the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment has been received. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without the Studio’s prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Contractors and Suppliers
The Studio may recommend or engage third-party contractors or suppliers on behalf of the client. The Studio assumes no liability for:

• Services or products provided by third parties.

• Delays, defects, or damages caused by third-party services or materials.

Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly between the client and the third party.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Studio’s liability is capped at the value of fees paid by the client for the services provided. The Studio is not responsible for:

• Financial losses, including profits or income, resulting from project outcomes.

• Issues caused by third-party contractors or suppliers.

• Client-provided materials or inaccurate project information.

10. Confidentiality
The Studio respects client confidentiality. Personal information and project details will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

11. Use of Website and Content
By using the Studio’s website, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

• Engage in activities that disrupt the website’s operation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
